4. Account & User Responsibilities

- Do not upload or share inappropriate content
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized use
5. Pricing & Subscriptions
- Free Plan: Access to limited features
- Premium Plans: Additional features, priced per user or via school license
- Pricing is available on our website or shared through school onboarding
- Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund for all new subscriptions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, AI logic, and learning materials on Tuton are owned by Vaaryan Interfaces Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse content without permission.
7. AI Disclaimers
Tuton AI outputs are based on machine learning models trained on educational content and user inputs. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or error-free, and are not a replacement for human teachers or certified academic counsel.
8. Third-Party Tools
Tuton uses external services such as:
- Firebase (Google) – for authentication and storage
- Gemini (Google AI) – for personalized content generation
Use of these services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or scrape our code or content
- Use bots or automation to exploit the platform
- Violate laws or upload harmful content
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.
11. Liability Disclaimer
Tuton is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the services will always be available, error-free, or meet your specific expectations.
